QSR General Manager - Relocation to Dublin

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead the opening of a new restaurant in Dublin city centre, with relocation support available for candidates moving to Ireland.

You will join a fast-growing international QSR brand at an exciting stage of its expansion, taking full ownership of a new site from pre-opening preparation through to launch and ongoing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys building teams, delivering strong commercial results and creating a successful operation from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full pre-opening process and successful launch of a new restaurant.

• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing management and front-line team.

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day restaurant operations and performance.

• Deliver an excellent guest experience while maintaining consistent operational standards.

• Manage the restaurant's P&L, including sales, labour, food costs and overall profitability.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.

• Drive operational excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced city-centre environment.

• Establish effective systems, processes and routines from opening day.

• Support local marketing initiatives and activities around the restaurant launch.

• Build a positive team culture, developing and motivating employees to achieve their potential.

About You

• Proven experience as a General Manager within QSR or fast casual.

• Experience managing high-volume restaurants, ideally in a city-centre or flagship location.

• Previous new store opening experience would be highly desirable.

• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing successful teams.

• Commercially minded, with experience managing a full P&L.

• A hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets high operational standards.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.

• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Open to relocating to Dublin and available to support the pre-opening and launch phases.
