Assistant Manager - Leading QSR Brand - Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager tojoin a fast-growing QSR brand at its Dublin City Centre location on DameStreet.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an internationalbrand during an important period of growth, supporting the General Manager withday-to-day operations, team development and delivering an excellent guestexperience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, commerciallyaware and passionate about developing people while maintaining high operationalstandards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate and develop team members to deliver strong performance
• Maintain excellent guest experience and brand standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and team development
• Monitor sales, labour costs and operational performance
• Ensure food safety, health & safety and company procedures are followed
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and service
• Support stock management, waste control and cost efficiency
• Help drive sales and deliver against business targets
• Take responsibility for the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within QSR or fast-casual     restaurants
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A hands-on approach and the ability to lead from the front
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of restaurant KPIs
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Availability to support restaurant operations and team training as required

Package

• Salary:     Up to €45,000 DOE
